Does each device come with a charger?

Each device comes with a charging cable in the box. Smartphones and tablets also include a SIM-pin.

Battery capacity at least 80% — new battery if needed

All devices we sell have at least 80% battery capacity compared to a new device or battery. If the battery capacity is lower than 80%, we replace it with a new one. Therefore, all our batteries are in excellent condition.

Are all devices tested?

Yes. All our grade A, B and C devices undergo a thorough technical inspection at a certified testing and repair center in Estonia before being offered for sale.

The inspection includes, among other things:

Visual inspection of the device (display, casing, buttons, etc.),
Testing of key functions (touchscreen, cameras, microphone, speakers, charging, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.),
Checking the battery condition and charging functionality,
Updating the software and restoring factory settings where necessary,
Secure erasure of the previous user’s data in accordance with licensing and data protection requirements.

Only devices that pass all tests and meet our quality and safety requirements are offered for sale. The remaining devices are sent for servicing or removed from the product range.

Is there a warranty for the devices?
